I would describe Wayne and Rosemarie as the ultimate real estate professionals! They excelled in every aspect of the transaction -- from the initial market analysis to the intricate details of the closing. Not only did they find solid, pre-qualified buyers for my house in a tough sales market, they carefully tracked and oversaw all of the many necessary steps that had to be taken to accomplish the quick occupancy that the new owners wanted. Frankly, they made the whole transaction seem easy!

The Hughes Team was very professional in every detail when we recently purchased a home. Their expertise and knowledge were so helpful as it had been eighteen years since our last experience in buying a home. How this process has changed! Most of the paperwork was done electronically which saved time and expense. Without hesitation, I would recommend this team when buying or selling a home.
