Activity Status Reports:
The Hughes Team will keep you updated both before and after your home is under contract. We will provide both written and verbal communication on a regular basis to keep you abreast of the market conditions and feedback from showings that may affect the sale of your home as well as the status of contract deadlines once the home is under contract.
Mortgage and Financing Services:
We will provide you with contact information for mortgage professionals that have provided excellent service for previous clients. Our recommendation is to use lenders with local representatives who have a better understanding of the local market conditions and are more responsive to requests.
Prospect Matching:
Prospective buyers are registered in the Multiple Listing Service. Each time a new listing or buyer is entered in the MLS, the system crosschecks for matches and generates an email with the information. We respond to all such emails via direct verbal contact with the associated agent.
Showing Desk:
RE/MAX Properties, Inc. and The Hughes team utilizes Showing Desk software. This program allows us to compare the showing activity for homes 10% above and 10% below a home's list price so we can contact the showing agents directly to make them aware of your property as soon as it is listed.
